PUMA SPORTS INDIA PVT. LTD. (“PUMA INDIA”) is conducting a donation drive called the Steppin (“Donation drive”) where participants can donate old/new clothes in PUMA Stores during 01-12-2025 to 31-01-2026 (“campaign period”).

For the purpose of participating in the above-mentioned scheme, I (“Participant”) am aware of the purpose of the drive and hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. I confirm and undertake that I am over 18 (eighteen) years of age and that I am hereby voluntarily taking part in this Donation drive, and I hereby accept the terms and conditions of the donation drive fully and unconditionally.
  2. I acknowledge that this donation drive is intended to collect clothes and shoes, whether new or gently used, for distribution to underprivileged communities. I understand that all contributions will be utilized exclusively for charitable purposes.
  3. The items I am donating are clean, usable, and free from major damage and I will drop the items at designated collection points during the campaign period.
  4. By donating, I agree that all items become the property of PUMA India and may be repurposed, recycled, or distributed at its discretion.
  5. I understand that this is a voluntary initiative. No payment, gift, or consideration will be provided in exchange for donations. PUMA India or their representatives are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of donated items during transit or storage.
  6. I confirm that the personal details provided are accurate and up to date. I consent to PUMA INDIA using my personal information for promotional and advertising purposes related to PUMA products. I understand that I may unsubscribe or opt out at any time.
  7. PUMA INDIA shall share the information with Sankalp Taru, an organisation who will plant a sapling for each Participant and may share with any third party for all purposes under these Terms & Conditions for business purposes and for fulfilling all objectives of its Donation drive.
  8. I hereby agree that PUMA INDIA may in its absolute and sole discretion curtail or extend the Donation drive duration as it deems necessary without any liability whatsoever.
  9. I agree and understand that this Donation drive is being conducted by PUMA INDIA and shall also include its affiliates and successors for all the purposes in relation to the Donation drive.
  10. By participating in the Donation drive, I hereby agree to all the terms and conditions stated above and authorize PUMA INDIA to use my name and my personal data for the purposes mentioned earlier. Such use of the data by PUMA INDIA shall in no case be termed as invasion of privacy and personal rights and I shall not raise any claim against PUMA INDIA.
  11. I understand that in the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  12. I shall indemnify PUMA INDIA, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and partners from and against any claims, damages, or costs arising from my breach of rules or inaccurate information provided during this donation drive.
  13. I understand that PUMA INDIA reserves its rights to cancel, amend, suspend, withdraw, and/or reset the Donation drive and the terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
  14. I hereby consent to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while making donations. The courts in Bangalore, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all disputes arising out of or relating to the Donation drive or any of the Terms and Conditions set out herein.
